About me

My software development background and diverse experiences have equipped me with valuable skills for volunteering. As a Junior Software Developer Trainee at Northcoders, I mastered JavaScript, React, Node.js, Git, and more, which are transferable to volunteer roles.

I've honed problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills through coding challenges, pair programming, and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in PostgreSQL and a commitment to learning ensures I stay updated with technology trends.

My administrative roles at CitizenCard Ltd and Hewlett Packard developed organizational and customer service skills. I hold degrees in Environmental Technology and Earth Sciences, aligning with environmental volunteering.

I'm eager to apply my skills to volunteer projects, such as open-source contributions or supporting non-profits, to make a positive community impact.

What am I looking for

As a junior front-end developer, I'm passionate about building responsive websites that function seamlessly across desktop and mobile browsers. I'm interested in volunteering for any cause where I can utilize my technical skills to build or improve websites for organizations or initiatives. I am capable of designing website layouts, user interfaces, and developing reusable code. Additionally, my attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team make me a valuable asset to any volunteer project.
