I have worked for a number of years in a range of Operations and Information Technology roles, many at board level. During this time, I have been responsible for expansive digital change programmes and blended these with successful business transformations. I have both turned around underperforming operations to become valued business functions and embedded commerciality into people and platforms to generate significant income. I am adept at developing strategic visions and aligning key stakeholders and systems to these to facilitate their realisation. I’m experienced in risk management and business continuity.

I am a Trustee of a small/medium sized pension fund for a former employer: a role I have held for more than 10 years. I have also had a previous trustee role for a London-based community regeneration charity.
