As an experienced leader with over 19 years in the building services industry, I have worked for independent and multinational organisations to deliver strategic initiatives. My international experience has seen me engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to enable transformational change. I have acquired a variety of commercial skills from both managerial and field involvement, supported by post graduate studies to ensure the sustainable delivery of business results.

From my experiences to date, I have learnt that customer service delivery is of utmost importance and that genuine engagement of staff is necessary to ensure long term and consistent achievement of business goals. For the future, I would like to ‘give back’ to our community and apply the corporate skills acquired to support within a voluntary NED capacity.
