About me

As a skilled and driven professional with more than 9 years of experience in HR, I am confident that you will find my dedication and enthusiastic attitude to be value to make me a suitable candidate for this role.

In Syngenta where I performed my last role as Payroll Manager, I was fully responsible for end to end payroll operations in 18 Latin America countries delivering this service for more than 6.000 employees ensuring accuracy and timely manner. My team was composed by more than 10 payroll employees based in different LATAM countries. On top of that I had two coordinators dealing with different Latin America services: Regional Relocation and Compensation. My biggest achievement working within Syngenta was the standardization of payroll provider for 17 countries. This initiative was generated after a year payroll result evaluation enabling me to brought leadership attention to high cost with low performance of payroll providers. This delivery generated payroll achievements for the company, such as: centralized governance, standard payroll system for the region, information security, issues reduction, 30% of annual cost reduction and client satisfaction.

I am passionate about all D&I matters. I am also results oriented person with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy. I am Portuguese native speaker, with a proficiency in English also in Spanish and basic knowledge in Italian. 

What am I looking for

I was part of Boy Scouts in Brazil for a long time and also D&I matters make my eye shine, so any kind of volunteer experience will be a pleasure t me.
