I am a Strategy Director with over a decade of experience in sustainability, business transformation, and innovation. As Director of ESG Operations at Burberry, I lead a new function driving sustainability across a global network of over 400 vendors and suppliers. I manage a multimillion-pound portfolio, aligning corporate strategies with ESG goals and regulations.
Previously, I held leadership roles at Burberry, including Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence and Chief of Staff to the CSCO. My achievements include leading global transformation initiatives, managing crisis responses during Brexit and COVID-19, and advancing circular business models. Earlier in my career, I gained consulting experience at Deloitte and Cloudreach, focusing on large-scale transformations, post-acquisition integrations, and CSR initiatives.
I am also committed to mentoring and coaching. Through the Women’s Empowerment Employee Resource Group, I help women in London return to work after career breaks, providing tailored support to rebuild confidence and skills. Additionally, I advise climate-focused startups via Arise Ventures, a VC firm backing transformative solutions in Climate, Consumer, and Enterprise sectors.
Volunteering has been a rewarding way to align my skills with causes I’m passionate about. I’m excited to expand this aspect of my career to create meaningful change for communities, organisations, and the environment.
I am passionate about volunteering roles focused on sustainability, empowerment, and innovation, where I can apply my expertise in strategic transformation and impact-driven projects. Mentoring non-profits in the climate space or building capacity for impactful programs aligns closely with my skills. Through my work with the Women’s Empowerment Employee Resource Group, I’ve seen how mentorship can rebuild confidence and transform lives, especially for women re-entering the workforce. I am committed to roles that drive systemic change, create meaningful impact, and align with my values.
