I am applying for this role because I believe I have the necessary skills, experience and enthusiasm for the role.
Firstly I know I have the skills and knowledge to support, maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 issues and or requests. Due to me being engaged with Office 365, for the past several years. In addition, after working for over 10 years in IT support I have developed an extensive knowledge base and skills in supporting various hardware, data usage methods, storage, security, software and peripherals. You can see this in my CV.
My communication skills are very good because I maintain a habit of keeping my written and verbal communication as clear and concise as possible. This has come in handy when providing instructions to end users and or finding solutions together with fellow IT professionals\ vendors.
Throughout my professional and academic career I have gained the knowledge and skills in finding what the end goals are for businesses and its employees. From this I have been able to spot new opportunities for improvements to processes and procedures and reveal where the weaknesses lie.
I do like this role because it varies and offers a good level of responsibility, e.g. to be involved in projects, documentation, training, procurement and dealing with security issues.
