Established a career in HR and Consulting with more than 8 years of experience across FTSE 500 organisations, specialising in Enterprise Agility, Change Management, Programme Leadership and Behavioural Science. The business challenges which drove the HR agenda ignited a new passion to shape an organisation’s strategy and drive impactful change through a Consulting pathway. I would love to hone my experiences to help charities strategically plan and deliver their ambitions and bring to life their vision. I'd like to support current and future transformations by helping charities understand the impact change has on people (e.g. end-users/sponsors/impacted communities), process, and technology. I can facilitate workshops on team effectiveness, leadership, and agile ways of working, combining innovation and design thinking to influence more resilient human-centred digital transformations and projects.
