I am currently a London NHS Academic Pathology Registrar at UCL and West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. I have worked in the NHS for 8 years and for 3 years at the CRUK, University of Cambridge as a PhD Clinical Fellow in Medical Sciences. I have a strong background in leadership having been an advisor to the Barts and The London Surgical Society, set up a leadership course for healthcare professionals as a junior doctor in the East Midlands and been a national course director of Academic Frontiers. I have also been an advisor to medtech start-ups, helping them strategise on taking their product forward. I am currently undertaking an executive Masters in Leadership at Cass Business School, London. Having grown up on 3 different continents and attended International schools, I enjoy engaging with people and students from different backgrounds. I could support a charity with leadership, strategy, digital learning and assessing future growth. I often balance my clinical work with supporting local food banks in North London such as Colindale Food bank during the COVID-19 pandemic.
