My passion for ensuring delivery of various projects has led me through different paths which has led me to this role. I have a law background from a reputable University in Nigeria called Madonna University. I also graduated from the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus.
I am a graduate of LL.M in Criminal Law and Procedure as well as an MBA. Since graduating from University, I have taken up different roles where I have acquired significant knowledge and experience while delivering and managing different projects in different roles. For instance, I provided leadership for several projects while I was the Director of the Sunderland Students’ Union all through the project life cycle. I was also part of a wider team for the delivery of several projects within the University of Sunderland. In the delivery of these projects, I ensured I communicated effectively with the key stakeholders which most times included members of the Board of Governors of the University, University Executives, Members of the Board of Trustees for the Union, Local MPs, students, Council, etc…
I am also a member of the Board of Governors of Irk Valley Community School. This is a voluntary role where I get to join my colleagues in determining the strategic direction of the school. We share our knowledge and experience which helps in the direction the school will take towards ensuring children are safe and have the best experience in education
I currently have significant knowledge and experience in diverse roles of project management. I am looking for Volunteering roles in Project Management as this will aid in my personal and professional development
