We help students aged 14 to 18 to have a voice, by giving them an online platform that reaches millions where they can express their views and write about local topics that are important to them. This builds their confidence, hones their writing skills, prepares them for the real world and pushes them out their comfort zones.
We offer mentoring and teaching sessions to all students on the scheme, to allow them access to real journalists, who can share their tips and experiences. Also we provide online support via email and an online student group. All students are given an equal opportunity to compete for various competitions along the way, as well as being given the platform where they know their work will definitely be published.
