We provide 2 homes for young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We specialise in offering a home to care leavers or young people who have been in care. the Charity was set up by foster parents John and Patsy Stone almost 10 years ago and has supported nearly 30 young people gain the independence skills they have needed to move on to their own tenancies and find employment.
Two high quality safe comfortable homes with a plan for a 3rd house in the future. Each home has a live in supervisor/live in support. Each young resident has an individually tailored support plan and is supported by a personal support worker. We offer ongoing outreach support with past residents.
