Objectives

Wycombe Wanderers Foundation is the official charity of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club.

We’ve been in existence since 2007 but prior to September 2022 we were known as Wycombe Wanderers Sports & Education Trust.

As a registered charity (charity number 1119794) we are governed by an independent board of trustees, and are part of the network of 20 Premier League and 72 English Football League ‘Club Community Organisations’.

Being the official charity of a professional football club gives us a unique opportunity to harness the appeal of Wycombe Wanderers FC, and use our platform to positively address local issues.

Vision

An active, healthy, educated and connected community.

Mission

Put Wycombe Wanderers Football Club at the forefront of supporting local people and communities to thrive.

Values

Wycombe Wanderers Foundation passionately believe in making Wycombe Wanderers Football Club a force for good within High Wycombe and the surrounding areas, and appreciate the need to further the reputation of the football club brand at all times. By doing this we’ll be better placed to maximise our positive contribution to our local communities. Wycombe Wanderers Foundation have adopted three values that those involved in or with the charity are committed to abiding by. In essence they are the core qualities and behaviours that will guide us on our mission and allow us to make our vision a reality.

  • Show Integrity: Be reliable, honest, respectful and compassionate (…in order to be role models to the people we engage and to be exemplary representatives of WWF and WWFC)
  • Surpass Expectations: Be caring, collaborative, enthusiastic and inspirational (…in order to achieve the best possible outcome in each and everything we do)
  • Seek Improvements: Be ambitious, challenging, creative and resilient (…in order to continually grow and develop as an individual and organisation)

Activities

Wycombe Wanderers Foundation delivers many wide ranging and varied programmes across our four different programmes; Sports Participation, Social Inclusion & Cohesion, Education & Employability and Health & Wellbeing.

These projects and programmes all contribute to our wider goal of positively impacting on the local community and providing people with opportunities they might not otherwise have.
