At Won Connect, we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to plan social activities around a busy schedule. There are lots of ways to help lonely or socially isolated elderly people in our community. The best way to reduce health inequalities in older age is to reduce the inequalities in society across the life course. The objectives of Won Connect CIC are to prevent social isolation and loneliness among older people. To provide a range of services to elderly who need extra help, companionship and assistance in their own homes and while integrating in the community. Promote the wellbeing of older people in Greater Glasgow and providing friendship and companionship.
