Attend schools to provide training; intake youth from schools and other bodies to the cafe to provide training; health and wellbeing via a tailored structured programme including ACT, mindfulness, the happiness trap and the chimp paradox; Mental health and emotional support; work with chefs on cooking skills and also front of house on cafe operations, customer service and barista skills. Employability focus to ensure trainee's can move on to meaningful full time employment. Teaching English to Ukrainian refugees.
