To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of West Hill, Ottery St Mary, Devon and the neighbourhood by associating together with the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort; the advancement of education and the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants by managing and maintaining a village hall facility
The village hall is available for hire by inhabitants of West Hill, Ottery St Mary and the surrounding neighbourhood, as well as local authorities, voluntary, charitable and other businesses and organisations, to provide facilities to enable said inhabitants to undertake a range of educational, social, business and recreational activities that improve the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.
