Wedu's vision is a world where half of all leaders are women. We unlock the leadership potential of young women in Asia by providing them with access to lifelong mentorship, leadership development opportunities, and innovative financing options to complete higher education and become change-makers.
Since 2012, Wedu has supported the leadership development of 3,000 women from 27 countries in Asia through mentorship, leadership development training, access to opportunities, and funding for education through Future Income Sharing Agreements. To date, we have facilitated over 60,000 hours of virtual mentoring, developed a robust leadership curriculum centered around seven leadership dimensions and 35 traits, and cultivated an extensive regional network of 90 local partners (including I/NGOs, universities, companies, and government ministries).
