We Are Artists Community goals are to provide a safe and supportive environment for artists of all abilities and ambitions in the UK and the world. We reject the idea of a single artist and single success. This is a creative community that functions and responds as one. The community is run by the members for the members with the central aim to develop, inspire and help each aspiring artist and their well-being in a collective, collaborative setting. This is about a community working and supporting each other, for the betterment of themselves, their community, their environment and their mental health.
We offer workshops and creative sessions that support artists of all abilities to relieve creative and social inclusion issues as well as enhance mental well-being. We also provide a supportive social network, projects and events to promote collaboration and diversity, and financial means to help advance artists’ personal ambitions. Throughout our community we strongly promote recycled and reusable materials, and nature as a source of well-being, inspiration and resources. We also offer a range of services to and partnerships with charities.
