Objectives

Waverley Hoppa Community Transport is a non-profit organisation and a registered charity which was set up in May 2002 as a result of an initiative by Surrey County Council (“SCC”) and Waverley Borough Council (“WBC”).

Over the last 20 years it has developed into a business with annual turnover around £1 million. This puts Hoppa amongst the small and medium enterprise category in terms of turnover and in the top 15% of voluntary sector service providers in the UK.

Activities

Hoppa currently provides a range of accessible transport services to the elderly, rurally isolated, vulnerable or disabled population in the Waverley borough, which includes the communities around Cranleigh, Farnham, Godalming and Haslemere.
