WaterHarvest is an international charity working with rural communities to harvest the monsoon rains, enabling the poorest people to reap the benefits of safer and sustainable water.
Working with our partners and local communities we implement a range of effective water harvesting measures. We combine our technical expertise, gained over many years, with local traditional methods, to implement a range of water-harvesting methods which are highly effective. Simple technologies such as roof rainwater harvesting, underground tanks and land treatment with bunds offer a low-cost sustainable solution for people living with water-scarcity.
