Objectives

We are a grassroot charity led by women and for women seeking asylum in Greater Manchester. We campaign for social justice and women's rights through a peer led support model that helps women find their place in the UK. Our aim is to build each woman's capacity and skills so that they are better able to live their lives and participate in society.

Asylum Seekers in today's Britain face a hostile environment which often leaves them vulnerable. We aim to make their lives easier and give them a safe space.

Activities

We offer weekly "drop ins" so that the women can network, find support, access information and connect with others in a similar position. We also offer access to activities such as the choir, sewing, English lessons. We offer them access to campaigning and opportunities to develop their own.
