Objectives

Wargrave House School & College provides a specialist environment for children and young adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.  We aim to provide a 'Whole School & College' approach where goals and strategies are the same for all within our community.  Helping to make a difference to the health, achievement and well being of all our students and staff.

Your help will support our senior leadership team to achieve the very best and beyond.  This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference – we are a unique setting as we operate as both a charity and a school/college.  This role will give you the chance to contribute to our charity, leading to a great sense of satisfaction and achievement and is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about us and the work we do here.

Activities

Wargrave House School is committed to the development of good practice and sound internal school and college procedures which support student behaviour. This ensures that behaviour is handled sensitively, safely, professionally in ways which support the needs of the children and young adults and staff.

Wargrave House believes that by using proactive strategies within a carefully structured and monitored curriculum, many challenging behaviours can be reduced.
