Objectives

The Sea Cadets is a youth organisation that allows people aged 10-18 t join and develop their skills. We are run by using the values of the Royal Navy. We are a very land and sea based group with a wide range of courses and qualifications to gain for cadets and staff.

Activities

All year round, we have two parade nights a week where the cadets take part in classes that teaches them in Corps values and Sea Cadet activities. However we also teach skills to be used outside of the SCC such as First aid, Duke of Edinburgh, Sailing, Rowing, Teamwork and Leadership.

During the summer, we like to spend as much time outdoors as possible such as going to the park or going to our branded boat station and work on the water to gain RYA qualifications.

In this time, we also like to accommodate cadets for a weekend as a fun weekend or a weekend where they can learn and achieve more.
