We hold the contract to provide Healthwatch Bolton. Healthwatch exists to gather patients and clients views on health and care services. We are part of a national network. We listen and act on what people tell us. We work in partnership with others. We challenge health and care services to improve. We genuinely engage with local people. We are accountable to the public.
We seek out the views of the community particularly those deemed harder to reach. We carry out ethical and robust research into issues that matter to the public and we produce reports from this. We share our findings and recommendations with providers and commissioners of health and care services to bring about change for the better.
