Objectives

Established in 1991, Vision Homes Association is a quality provider of person centred care and support services for adults with a variety of needs including:

  • Learning Disability
  • Physical Disability
  • Sensory Impairment
  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Autism
  • Behaviours that  Challenge
  • Complex Health Care needs and Long Term Health Conditions

Everyone has individual needs and for this reason every person supported has their own person centred plan tailor made to meet their specific needs and to ensure their support is how they wish it to be.

Vision Homes Association works to ensure that everyone the organisation supports feels safe and is treated with dignity and respect at all times.  The right to privacy when wanted is respected. People's wishes are listened to as are their comments or suggestions about their service.

Support may be funded by a local authority or CCG, through Individual Support Budgets or out of a person’s own pocket, but Vision Homes Association will work with the person and key people in that person's life to create a plan that is tailored to  individual needs whilst promoting independence, dignity and the opportunity to live the way a person may wish to. This approach is important to people supported by Vision Homes Association and is instrumental in bringing many welfare and health benefits as well as enjoyment of life.

Activities

The homes have built their excellent reputation based upon well-established principles of care aiming to deliver an individual Person Centred approach and offering progressive integrated care pathways for people with multiple disabilities.

Supported Living and Outreach Services

People with learning and/or other disability are supported within their own homes to live safely and as independently as possible.
