Objectives

Vincentian Care Plus Home Care agency was set up as a company in 2004 and registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency in 2004. At present we are operating within Westminster but it is our aim to continue to develop our services in to other areas. People who are looking for home care can purchase private services from us, or can be referred from social services. We work in partnership with Tri-borough Adult Services and are on the framework agreement. Vincentian Care Plus supports the practice of Personalization and Personalized Budgets. We aim to deliver Person Centred care and do so in accordance with regulations set down by the Care Quality Commission.

Vincentian Care Plus takes its name and inspiration from Saint Vincent de Paul.

The goal of Vincentian Care Plus is to translate St Vincent’s spirit and values into our home care service for today’s needs.

Vincentian Care Plus was established by the Daughters of Charity in 2004 after researching and recognizing the need for value based domiciliary homecare for older people.

The founding vision of Vincentian Care Plus came from:

  • The realisation of some of the poverties that older people are experiencing in their own homes today;
  • The poverty of dependency, incapacity and vulnerability of the elderly;
  • The crisis in funding of the elderly.
