Our museum helps visitors from all backgrounds and ages experience the local history of Wantage and its surrounding area. It preserves the history of the town and presents it in a insightful and informative way to help visitors understand themes and events of the past on both a local and wider scale.
The Vale and Downland holds numerous family days, school learning sessions, community events and activities throughout the year. As well as this, it holds a LEGO®️ Expo during the summer that is visited by thousands of people.
