Utano Foundation exist to improve the mental health and wellbeing of BAME people in Wolverhampton by providing a platform to explore and test new ways to prevent serious mental health issues from developing and assisting in helping to bridge the digital divide. We aim to empower this community through digital literacy programmes and better equip those disadvantaged.
Our main goal is to match and train our Community Digital Champions (volunteers) with isolated older to support them with their digital literacy needs as well as continue to raise awareness in the community on the importance of digitalisation in order for us to help bridge the digital divide.
