Objectives

We are an award winning organisation led by Julian Hall, a multi award-winning entrepreneur, writer, and technologist, and co-founder of the first artificial intelligence chatbot teaching entrepreneurship to children.

Our diverse and innovative Ultra Education team consists of CEO, Operations Director, Youth and Family Worker, Technology Lead, Research Consultant, and 50 volunteers.

We aim to develop the entrepreneurial mindset and skills of young people, so they are empowered to thrive, innovate and make a difference in their lives and their communities. We specialise in using technology design to develop digital spaces as dynamic landscapes of learning for young people and families.

We support 2,500 disadvantaged young people and families each year across greater London, focusing in particular on pockets of high level need in the London Boroughs of Brent, Lambeth and Hackney.

Activities

Our organization is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of the youth through a diverse range of impactful initiatives. Our activities are designed to empower young individuals and provide them with the necessary tools to navigate the complexities of the business world and beyond.

Our activities include:

  • 1:1 Youth business mentoring - experienced professionals guide and inspire young minds, helping to cultivate a new generation of innovative thinkers and business leaders.
  • Youth Enterprise Workshops and annual Youth Business Fair - dynamic platforms for learning and showcasing entrepreneurial skills.
  • Individual key-worker support using trauma-informed approaches - addressing the unique needs of each young person, we strive to create a supportive environment that promotes personal growth and resilience.
