Objectives

TWOCO is a registered charity 1148942 in England and Wales. The main objective of TWOCO is to give support and promote social integration of vulnerable social groups in various communities with focus on victims of Domestic violence, Sexual violence, Refugees and asylum seekers, victims of political rape, widows and orphans. TWOCO is the umbrella body which runs various subcommittees in order to support the social groups. Each subcommittee is mandated to focus on a particular social group in offering them the moral and material support.

 

Activities

We run various activities which include:

  • Weekly women’s coffee morning in a safe peaceful, non judgemental environment. 
  • Women get to network and connect with other like minded women.
  • We offer support and signposting
  • Woja Community Soup Kitchen for women experiencing financial hardship and social isolation.
  • Health Wellbeing Programmes, Cooking lessons, Baking bread projects, Confidence Building lessons.
  • Skills Development Training Workshops to help women get back into business or work employment. 
  • Friendship Group.
  • WOJA Counsellors.
