Geographical remit:

1 in 4 suffer with mental ill health, and sport is well-placed to make a positive difference. However, 75% of young people engaged in sport experience emotionally harmful treatment (NSPCC). Sport is failing to live up to its potential as a tool to improve the mental health crisis of our time. We revolutionize athlete development to unleash the positive power of sport.

We improve athletic performance, nurture mental health, and cultivate a more compassionate society. We do this by delivering mindfulness-based, socially-conscious programs for coaches and athletes of all sports, and at all levels, from grassroots to Olympians.

We deliver coach training workshops, mindfulness classes for athletes, a schools programme, and a mentoring programme.
