Activities

Trafford Carers Centre offers advice, advocacy, information and emotional support to anyone who is an Unpaid Carer in Trafford. The Centre holds details of other organisations in Trafford and numerous publications. This information is used to help Carers to learn about their rights and the services available to them. The Centre can also liaise with Social Services or other agencies or accompany Carers at meetings to secure practical and general support for the Carer or the person they are caring for. The Centre provides a listening ear for any Carers that require emotional support or simply want to off-load their problems or discuss their concerns.
