The organisation seeks to fulfil the ideals of Thomas Crosbie which were to form a creative hub that would be a place of inspiration and promote young people's wellbeing through the arts and sport. Its mission is to celebrate his life and continue his legacy whilst, at the same time focusing on the mental health of young people, particularly men,and the rise in instances of depression and breakdown
In the four years since Thomas's death we have held a number of events that have commemorated his life and raised money for the organisation and its aims. These included club nights, an annual football tournament for local teams and participation by sponsored members in large events; for example the London Big Half Marathon. In July 2019 we staged the Pace Coldfire Festival in Mile End Park Tower Hamlets. This brought together the key themes outlined above: music and dance performance by local young people; poetry and rap; sports taster activities. There was space for listening and advice and stands for relevent charities and voluntary groups
