Tender is an arts-based charity that works to prevent domestic violence in young people's relationships. We deliver workshops on healthy relationships and domestic violence with young people and those who work with them in schools and other educational settings across the UK. 16-25 year olds are the group most likely to experience domestic violence in their relationships, which is why Tender is so focused on giving young people the knowledge of how to spot and call out domestic and sexual abuse and to understand that they deserve happy, healthy relationships.
We work with schools, youth services and workplaces of all disciplines to: - Raise awareness of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and society - Challenge systems, attitudes and behaviour which enable and conceal abuse - Implement effective, accessible prevention models - Promote healthy relationships based on equality and respect.
