We believe that creativity is not ‘just a hobby’ but is vital to improving lives personally and professionally.
We use the creative arts (dance, drama, music) to heal and make more resilient mental, emotional and physical well being for all.
We use creative strategies to improve personal, social and professional communication skills (gain confidence for interviews, speak up & speak out, present yourself more efficiently).
We use creativity in improving relationship skills learning about African, Caribbean and other diaspora stories.
