Why our help matters - We place teachers in the schools who need them most, but struggle to recruit. We uniquely work to keep alumni of our programmes connected to keep working towards building a fair education for all children through community support and the running of networks.
Our main charity activity is providing Teacher training and placement in schools serving disadvantaged communities across England.
We also have a small team who support voluntary networks of teachers to provide free professional development and peer support activities for each other virtually and in person.
We help these voluntary groups find skilled volunteers to help with technical aspects like video /podcast editing, planning and project management and admin support.
