We are a community interest company (CIC). We engage homeless and unemployed people using various leisure and social activities in motivating them back into employment or further education. We also equip them with life skills and employability skills.

We work closely with local authorities, charities, youth centres, in delivering our services to our targeted groups.

Through our TM shelter Project, we hope to help reduce the rising level of homelessness. Our target community is within the Medway Towns, especially Gillingham, Chatham, Strood and Rochester.

We have a number of Sheltered Homes where we not only provide our vulnerable single homeless people with the shelter they need but also give them support in terms of providing them with opportunities to attend various accredited life skills programmes.

With our support they are able to maintain their tenancy as well as start taking control of their finances. We help engage them and motivate them to pursue fulfilling career paths.
