Tapestry’s origins stretch back to 1949, but today Tapestry is a substantial, reliable, vibrant and innovative social business providing over 40 activities for adults and older people. The activities of Tapestry are wide and varied but when they are looked at from the perspective of our aims (prevention, care and support) these activities are integrated and mutually complimentary. It is this integration of a wide range of activities that gives Tapestry such strength.
Tapestry's activities range from Information and Advice for those who may be caring for an older person, through multiple activities in the community, to bespoke home-based services for individuals with high personal needs.
