Students4Students deliver free, one-to-one tuition in English and Maths to primary school pupils in Bristol who are at risk of falling behind. Your support means we can train more volunteer tutors and partner with more schools next academic year to reach a larger group of in-need children.
Our goal is to work towards ending educational inequality in the UK through providing additional tutoring to primary school pupils at risk of falling behind, and we do this through empowering young people through tutoring and committee programmes, as we believe young people are the most important part of making a difference.
Our help matters because it improves pupils confidence and abilities, and it also helps improve university student's skills that can set them up for future success such as teamwork, leadership, project management etc.
Services are the tutoring itself (1-1 English or Maths) for primary school pupils, the tutor training programme where university students are fully trained and supported, and the committee programme where students are trained, mentored and supported throughout the year to run their own branch.
