We support the wellbeing & mental health of local children, families & individuals in Liverpool & the surrounding area. We want to help create a world of positive wellbeing where communities like ours flourish & where people have tools and techniques to thrive in life. We use positive psychology principles, mindfulness and wellbeing research to inform our approach.
In a practical sense, we support community and individual wellbeing by offering a range of services & events, including projects such as family nature clubs in parks & green spaces, kids yoga, wellbeing workshops, supporting schools & intergenerational wellbeing sessions. We often work with local partners to improve efficacy.
