Geographical remit:
National - England

We cover three geographical areas across England, structured as follows:

  • East and North, managing 8,400 homes
  • South, managing, 13,400 homes
  • West, managing, 8,200 homes

We offer good quality, affordable housing to people whose needs are not met on the open market.

We also provide additional support services to residents, such as financial assistance and free skills training. Our sheltered and supported schemes help older or vulnerable people to live independently and we also offer Foyer and Women’s Refuge accommodation.

Our values are built around being ethical, ambitious, passionate, agile and commercial.

Stonewater’s annual turnover is around £160 million and we have robust and well managed finances supported by an A1 Moody’s Investors Credit Rating.

Our Vision is simple: for everyone to have the opportunity to have a place they can call home.

Within our organisations strategy we aim to utilise our schemes and create community hubs, reaching out to the community we work in, utilising our resources and creating a sense of vibrancy. We engage with tenants regularly through activities, informal events and community based events and continually develop our schemes to reflect the needs of tenants and the wider community.
