Stonebridge City Farm is a community charity in Nottingham that is a free to enter visitor centre for local people and also provides opportunities for people with a learning disability or a mental health difficulty.
We support people to improve health and wellbeing, increase social inclusion and independence and help people realise their potential.
Stonebridge City Farm is an inner city farm based in a deprived, inner city area of Nottingham. It is:
- A visitor centre
- An education centre
A support and training centre
We do not charge an entrance fee in order to be fully inclusive and accessible to everyone and we welcome over 40,000 visitors a year. We host structured school visits for 1000 local school children each year and also work with a number of local colleges. We also provide work based opportunities for 140 people a week, three quarters of whom have a learning disability or a mental health difficulty.
