Stan's Cafe's mission is to advance the arts for the public benefit by the promotion in particular, but not exclusively, of the art of drama, through live performance, in the electronic media, through film, publication and installation works.
Stan’s Cafe is a theatre company. We make our work collaboratively, following exciting ideas wherever they take us, sometimes into theatres, but often not. We began in 1991and have worked internationally creating unique performances and installations.
We love working in schools with students and teachers. Often we help out other people because we love seeing other people make great art.
