We work for local people in housing need in and around South Tottenham. Our community-led housing project amplifies the local voice to the landowner (the GLA). We are getting closer to helping deliver 800 homes on our site, many of which will be genuinely affordable in perpetuity.
As full members of the GLA Steering Group with the Council since 2018, we have a lot of influence over what is planned, especially tenure. We are in constant consultation with local people via our core group of around 40 active volunteers who do most of our work in subgroups devoted to things like strategy, inclusion, finance and the environment.
