SUSO - Who are We
We are a learning disability organisation in Macclesfield. We serve a community of around 120 local people with learning disabilities who come to our drop-in service to meet people, learn new skills and enjoy themselves. The people in our community experience isolation, lack of opportunity, discrimination, and poor mental health. We support building new skills and confidence so that our beneficiaries can live happy and fulfilled lives.
Today we have over 70 regular members attending our training courses and activities which are constructed to help adults of all ages lead independent and fulfilling lives - building on their interpersonal and social skills.
