Objectives

South East London Vision (SELVis) is a registered charity supporting blind and partially sighted people in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

We exist to ensure people living with sight loss in South East London can live independent lives and have access to high quality services when and where they need them.

Our vision is to advance the independence, wellbeing and self-determination of blind and partially sighted people across South East London

We seek to ensure the needs of blind and partially sighted people are met, helping to reducing isolation and promote inclusion.

There are two million people in the UK living with sight loss, with numbers set to increase dramatically over coming years.

Activities

Our aim is to improve lives. We work to improve quality of life and increase independence for every person we support, whether it is through our peer support groups, sight loss information and advice workshops or social groups and activities.

SELVis provides an effective and efficient way of ensuring that blind and partially sighted people living in South East London get the support and services they need, when they need them.
