We are a five-site community leisure group, comprising of four leisure centres and one events, corporate hire and wedding venue. South Downs Leisure, the biggest and most successful leisure company in Worthing, provides a variety of health and well being services, as well as over 370 weekly classes, state-of-the-art gyms and a pool, such as the Exercise Referral scheme which has just secured funding from Adur and Worthing Well-being team. Income generated from the business is reinvested into constant improvements to the sites, equipment and facilities. 

Originally an established company under the umbrella of Worthing Borough Council for over 40 years, South Downs Leisure separated from council-control and become an independent Trust early 2015.
