The charity's objects ("Objects") are: (i) To promote the further environmental improvement of Soho by encouraging high standards of planning, architecture and licensing in the area of benefit. (ii) To educate the public in the geography, history, natural history and architecture of the area of benefit. (iii) To secure the preservation protection development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in the area of benefit.
To promote all sections of the community and represent their problems and concerns, comment on planning and licensing matters which affect the area and improve its environment. Specific events to benefit local people such as village fete and Silver Sunday tea dance for the elderly.
