SOFT UK is a small national charity supporting families with a child affected by the rare life limiting genetic conditions of Edward's and Patau's syndromes.
We offer information, support and befriending to families with a child affected by one of these conditions. We organise family days and conferences. We work with the NHS as the main charity supporting these rare conditions, raising awareness, providing training for healthcare professionals and working collaboratively with the NHS policy development and implementation, from a lived experience perspective
