Selby and District Housing Trust is a newly formed charitable housing association set up to provide affordable housing for general needs - mainly in Selby district.
We are currently supported by Selby District Council and have one part time member of staff. Our housing development programme over the next five years is to develop 56 properties for rent. The first three properties are complete and the next two are currently on site.
The Housing Trust was set up in 2013, becoming a registered charity in June 2014.
