Objectives

The FREE fully inclusive Nationwide App SEE around Britain/Europe, was launched in 2016 by a disabled-run charity in Wales whose trustees are all older citizens born in the early 1950’s.

  • It aims to encourage full use of its photographic nationwide platform and survey of a huge range of venues, and welcomes ONLINE volunteer contributors to expand its coverage, and provide venue descriptions for the huge backload of over 500,000 photos waiting to be uploaded to our website/app.
  • It shows with its survey photos exactly what to expect at a venue whatever the special interests or needs of the end user

Activities

By providing this information online, particularly vital during the Covid Lockdown and its easing.

Due to our shortage of volunteers, some venues have a full description, whereas others currently have an abridged version with just the weblinks and with a pinpointed exact location map. In May 2022 we have over 35,500 venues, constantly growing in number.
